Re: the 2015 Independence Day holiday
The Saigon International University would like to inform all lecturers and staff about the 2015 Independence Day holiday:
1. All lecturers and staff work until Sep 01, 2015 and will be off on Sep 02, 2015 for the Independence Day holiday.
2. All lecturers and staff resume work on Sep 03, 2015.
3. Chief Supervisor is in charge of assigning on-duty schedule on Sep 01, 2015 and supervising the campus hygiene and rooms’ sealing.
4. Chief Supervisor is in charge of assigning and checking the campus hygiene and safety during the holiday.
5. All Managers have to be ready to work when necessary, any contact by phone or email should be kept in touch at all times in order to remain active in solving any emergency circumstances in the School.
All lecturers and staff are required to strictly adhere to this announcement.
Notes:
– Any case of taking a day off before or after the holiday is not allowed.
– The Assistant to the CEO is in charge of reminding and overseeing the above mentioned contents.
