Enrollment Of Course Volume
1. Before the start of each semester, based on their own abilities and study conditions, each student must enroll in the planned courses for that semester with the university’s Academic Office. There are three forms of course enrollment for each semester: early enrollment, regular enrollment, and late enrollment.
• a) Early enrollment is the form of enrollment conducted before the start of the semester by 2 months.
• b) Regular enrollment is the form of enrollment conducted before the start of the semester by 2 weeks.
• c) Late enrollment is the form of enrollment conducted within the first 2 weeks of the main semester or the first week of the minor semester for students who want to enroll in additional courses or switch to different courses when there are no available classes.
2. The minimum course volume that each student must enroll in for each semester is specified as follows:
• a) 14 credits per semester, except for the final semester, for students with an ordinary academic performance ranking.
• b) 10 credits per semester, except for the final semester, for students in a period of weak academic performance ranking.
• c) There is no minimum course volume requirement for students in the minor semester.
3. Students in a period of weak academic performance ranking are only allowed to enroll in a course volume of no more than 14 credits per semester. There are no limitations on the course volume enrollment for students with an ordinary academic performance ranking.
4. The enrollment of courses for each semester must ensure the prerequisites of each course and the learning sequence of each specific program.
5. The university’s Academic Office only accepts course volume enrollment from students for each semester when it has the approval signature of the academic advisor in the course registration book or as per regulations. The course volume enrollment for students in each semester must be recorded on the registration form kept by the university’s Academic Office.
Classes are organized for each course based on the course volume enrollment of students for each semester. If the number of students enrolled is lower than the minimum requirement, the class will not be organized, and students must enroll in other courses with available classes, if the minimum requirement for the course volume is not met for each semester.
