HALLOWEEN FESTIVAL 2017

1. Time: 2:30 pm – 8:30 pm Tuesday, October 31, 2017
2. Location: The Saigon International University – 8C Tong Huu Dinh St., Thao Dien Ward, Dist.2
II. Theme: Ghosts around the world
III. Program:
Part 1: Food and Beverage
Number of food stalls
– 12 food stalls
– the size of each food stall: 1.8m x 1.8m
Requirements:
– 3 Halloween dishes must be registered for each food stall. The dishes must be hygienically prepared and the food samples must be sent to the board of organizers in advance.
– Each food stall must be decorated in Halloween styles.
Prizes:
– one prize for the best food
– one prize for the best decorated stall
Part 2: Voting on Halloween faces
Requirements:
– All students participating in the Halloween festival must dress up as ghosts.
Students will post their own pictures, as well as their personal information, on the fanpage:
Voting methods:
– Voting on one male and one female whose costumes are the most impressive (based on the number of likes on the fanpage)
– Voting period: 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. on 31st October, 2017.
Prizes:
First prizes for the most impressive costume (one male and one female)
Part 3: Halloween program
1. Halloween shows
Methods: Each class will prepare a stage performance (fashion shows, dances, plays, etc.).
Requirements:
– Performances’ contents, costumes, soundtracks, etc must be suitable for educational environment & ages without violating Vietnamese laws & ethics.
– There are at least 5 students in each performance
– The performance time is no more than 5 minutes (The time for a play & a fashion show is no more than 10 minutes)
– Costumes: Halloween styles
– Halloween costumes & performances will be approved on 26th and 28th October, 2017
– The soundtracks should match the performances and be sent to the board of organizers by email: [email protected] by 5 p.m., October 28, 2017
Prizes:
– The most spectacular performance
– The most creative performance
– The most meaningful performance
2. Halloween dances
Requirements:
– Pairs of students will be randomly chosen to dance together
– Number: 50 pairs
Voting methods:
The board of organizers will choose one couple who dance the most beautifully and impressively.
Prizes:
– One first prize
